Platform

One system from the first field the customer types to the last document the auditor reads.

SecureWebX is not a form vendor with a dashboard bolted on. It is a working finance system: intake, verification, desking, lender routing, correspondence, reporting, and custody, held together by a single record with one identifier.

01  Origination

A credit application your store would actually put its name on.

The applicant never sees ours. The form carries the dealership's name and colours, sits on a link you control, and asks for exactly the fields that store has decided it needs.

A link per rooftop, a link per salesperson

Group stores get one link per location. Each salesperson gets a personal link so a deal is attributed the moment it lands, without anyone typing a source code.

Built to the store, not to the average

Add sections, add fields, require uploads, attach your own disclosures. A buy-here-pay-here lot and a franchise F and I office do not need the same five steps, so they do not have to share them.

The customer who walked away

The moment step one is complete the lead is captured. If the applicant stops there, the file is flagged as abandoned twenty minutes later and appears on the dashboard as something to call, not something lost.

Documents at intake

Pay stubs, proof of residence, insurance, driver licence. Uploads are virus scanned and encrypted on arrival, so the stipulation package is already half built before a lender asks.

02  Verification

Bad data is caught on the form, not in the funding queue.

Most kicked contracts are not fraud. They are a transposed street number, a dead phone, a misspelled employer. Those are cheap to fix while the customer is still holding the phone and expensive to fix a week later.

  • Address verification. The street address is matched against a real postal record while the applicant types, and the corrected form of it is what gets stored.
  • Phone verification. The mobile number is checked for line type and reachability, so the number on the application is a number your desk can actually dial.
  • Unit numbers survive. Apartment and suite numbers are captured as their own field and carried through to the address line on the funding package, where they belong.
  • Sanctions screening. Every submission is screened against the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list, and the result is recorded on the application whether it matched or not.
  • Bot and abuse controls. Rate limiting and scoring run after validation, so a customer's own typo never costs them an attempt.
03  Desking and worksheets

Structure the deal where the application already lives.

The worksheet sits on the same record as the application, so the numbers a lender sees are the numbers your manager built, not a re-keyed copy of them.

Customer worksheet

Price, trade allowance, payoff, cash down, rebates, fees, taxes, term, and back-end products, with the payment recalculated as you move any of them.

Lender worksheet

Loan to value, payment to income, and debt to income calculated the way a credit desk calculates them, next to the Regulation Z figures the contract will have to carry.

Book-out and values

Decode the VIN, pull the equipment, and book the unit against published values so an advance question is answered before it is asked.

Inventory lookup

Pull the vehicle straight off your own inventory by stock number or VIN instead of typing year, make, model, trim and mileage by hand.

Frozen snapshots

A worksheet can be frozen at the moment it was quoted, so what the customer was shown on Tuesday is still exactly reproducible in March.

Multiple structures

Keep several structures against one deal, compare them side by side, and send a different one to a different lender without rebuilding anything.

04  Lender submission

Send the deal out without emailing the customer's life to a stranger.

A credit package attached to an email is a copy you no longer control. SecureWebX sends a coded link instead: the lender opens the file in a reader you can revoke, and everything they do inside it is recorded.

  • A permanent submission id. Ten characters, unambiguous, no zeros or ones to misread on a phone call. Both sides quote the same reference for the life of the deal.
  • Per-lender document scope. Send one lender the stub and the licence, another the full package. Each submission carries only what you gave it.
  • Two-way documents. The lender can upload back into the same submission, so the approval letter and the funding checklist live with the deal instead of in someone's inbox.
  • Decisions that move the deal. An approval, counter, or decline posted by the lender advances the pipeline stage on its own. Nobody has to remember to update a status.
  • Stipulations as a checklist. Conditions arrive as structured items you can clear one at a time, with the document that cleared them attached.
  • Expiry you choose. Access is time limited, and it can be cut off at any point without disturbing the underlying record.
Delivery methods we connect
MethodNotes
Coded web linkThe default. No account needed on the lender side.
Secure emailPlain or S/MIME signed and encrypted where required.
RESTJSON to the lender's own endpoint, with decision callbacks.
SOAPFor the older credit platforms that still speak it.
SFTPScheduled drops, PGP signed and encrypted.
eFaxFor the desks that genuinely still want a fax.
05  Lender directory

Eight thousand seven hundred lenders, classified.

Every account can see a shared directory of United States auto finance sources built from National Credit Union Administration and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation registries, then classified by what they actually buy.

Captives, banks, credit unions, credit union networks, special finance houses, buy-here-pay-here capital, fintech lenders, marketplaces, lease and refinance shops, and aggregators. Filter by category, by classification, by state, and add any record to your own partner list in one click.

Contact fields are never invented. Where we do not hold a verified desk contact for a lender, the field stays empty rather than being filled with a guess, because a wrong fax number costs more than a blank one.

06  Mailbox and eFax

Correspondence that belongs to the store, not to whoever sent it.

Each dealership gets its own sending address and a threaded mailbox for lender and customer correspondence. When the finance manager leaves, the conversation stays.

Threaded, not chronological

Messages group into conversations the way a person expects, with attachments from the whole thread gathered into one secure viewer.

Known senders only

A store mailbox accepts mail from a customer on file, a contact the store wrote to first, or a partner on its list. Everything else is dropped before anyone sees it.

Partner list

Your lender and vendor contacts as a real address book, feeding the compose picker so nobody retypes an address that matters.

Inbound and outbound eFax

Fax numbers per account for the lenders and DMV offices that have not moved, with the same scanning and storage rules as everything else.

07  Reporting

Twenty-four reports, each one frozen the moment you run it.

Volume by source, by salesperson, by rooftop. Approval and decline rates by lender. Turnaround time from submission to decision. Product mix, pipeline aging, abandonment. Every report can be viewed on screen or produced as a PDF, and each run is stored as a snapshot so a number you quoted in a meeting is still the number three months later.

  • Snapshots, not live queries. A saved report holds the figures as they stood, so history does not quietly rewrite itself.
  • Per-rooftop time zones. A store in Fresno and a store in Tampa each see their own local day, not the server's.
  • Print-ready output. Reports are typeset for paper as well as screen, because lender meetings still run on paper.

08  Mobile apps

Published on both stores, not a web page in a wrapper.

SecureWebX ships native applications for iPhone and Android, reviewed and signed on the App Store and Google Play. Very little else in this corner of the industry does, and it is the difference between working a deal on the lot and walking back to a desk to do it.

The application link, from your pocket

Text or email your personal apply link to a customer while you are standing at the car, and see it arrive in the pipeline as they finish it.

Decisions when they happen

An approval, a counter, or a stipulation request reaches the phone as the lender posts it, rather than the next time somebody opens a browser.

The whole file, not a summary

Application, worksheet, documents, and correspondence open in the same watermarked secure viewer the desktop uses, under the same permissions.

Nothing left on the handset

Documents stream into the reader instead of being written to the device, so a phone left in a customer's car is not a disclosure event.

09  Integrations

It has to fit what the store already runs.

Nobody replaces a CRM because a finance tool asked them to. SecureWebX pushes out and reads back so the systems you already pay for keep working.

Outbound webhooks

A webhook per account fires on every new application and, separately, on every abandoned one, so your CRM or automation platform sees the lead within seconds.

CRM feeds

Applications land in your existing CRM as standard leads with the fields it expects, rather than as an attachment somebody has to open. With LeadLocate the connection is already made.

Inventory and VIN data

Live inventory lookup and full VIN decoding so the vehicle on the deal is the vehicle on the lot, with the equipment that affects the advance.

Lender connectors

Where a lender publishes an interface we build to it, and where it does not, our team completes the hookup rather than handing you a specification.

Single sign-on

Accounts can be provisioned and signed in from the platforms your group already uses, so a new hire does not collect another password.

Export on demand

Your data stays yours. Applications, documents, and audit history can be exported in full whenever you ask for them.

See it against your own deals.

Bring a live file and a lender you submit to every week. We will run it end to end rather than showing you a demo account.
