Integration  /  LeadLocate

LeadLocate finds the customer. SecureWebX funds the deal.

LeadLocate is the lead generation and CRM platform dealership sales teams use to find and work local buyers. SecureWebX is the credit origination platform their finance office uses to take the application, submit it to lenders, and keep the record. Both are built and operated by DotNet Holdings, and they are wired together so a customer moves from the first text message to a funded contract without anybody retyping a thing.

Two products, one customer

Each one does the half of the sale the other should not.

A dealership runs on two very different kinds of work. Prospecting is high volume and fast. Financing is regulated and expensive to get wrong. LeadLocate was built for the first and SecureWebX for the second, by the same company, for the same store.

LeadLocate

Lead generation and CRM for the sales floor

LeadLocate delivers exclusive, real-time car buyer and seller leads from a store's own local zone, then gives the sales team everything needed to work them: two-way texting, email, ringless voicemail, recorded calling with transcription, automated follow-up sequences, a personal brand website for every salesperson, desking, and e-sign deal pages. Each account is configured by a dedicated account manager and backed by unlimited live training. It is used by franchise dealerships, independent lots, auto brokers, and individual salespeople who buy their own leads.

SecureWebX

Credit origination and lender submission for the finance office

SecureWebX takes over the moment a customer is ready to apply. It serves the store's branded credit application, verifies the address and mobile number while the applicant types, screens the file against the OFAC sanctions list, encrypts every document before it touches disk, desks the deal, and sends it to lenders as a coded link rather than an email attachment. Decisions and stipulations post back into the same record, and a hash-chained audit log keeps the whole history defensible. Native iPhone and Android apps carry all of it onto the lot.

How the integration works

Six handoffs, none of them by hand.

Every place a lead would normally be copied from one screen into another has been replaced with a connection the two systems make on their own.

01

Provisioned once

When a dealership is activated in LeadLocate, its SecureWebX account is created from the same profile: account number, store name, contact, address, and time zone. The first administrator is seeded and the store's branded credit application link is issued on the spot.

02

The link lives in the CRM

That application address, along with the store's published privacy and terms pages, is placed into the CRM's settings and message templates as a merge field. Every text, email, and voicemail script can carry it without anyone pasting a link.

03

The customer applies

The applicant opens the store's own application on their phone. Address and mobile number are verified as they type, the file is screened against the OFAC list at submission, and every field and document is encrypted before storage.

04

It comes back as a lead

Within seconds the completed application lands in LeadLocate as an inbound lead, assigned by the store's round robin or routed to the salesperson who already owns that customer. Abandoned applications arrive on their own feed, twenty minutes after the customer stops.

05

Automation follows up

LeadLocate's automated first message goes out by text, email, or voicemail on that feed's own template. An abandoned applicant is invited to pick up where they left off, with their link included, while the store is still fresh in their mind.

06

Finance works the file

The finance manager desks the deal, books the unit, and submits to lenders inside SecureWebX. Decisions and stipulations post back to the record there, while the sales floor keeps working the relationship in the CRM.

What crosses, what stays

Your CRM never holds a social security number.

A customer relationship system is built to be open: the whole floor reads it, exports from it, and messages out of it. A credit application is the opposite. The integration is designed so each system only ever holds the data it was built to protect.

The Safeguards Rule under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act expects a dealership to know where nonpublic personal information lives and to limit who can reach it. Keeping the credit file inside SecureWebX, and sending the CRM only what a salesperson needs to follow up, is how the two products meet that expectation together.

Who it is for

Three people in the store, each with less to retype.

The salesperson

Sends one text and knows the moment the customer has applied. The lead comes back into the CRM they already work in, with the first follow-up sent for them.

The finance manager

Opens a complete, verified application instead of a paper form or a phone photo of one. Desks it, submits it, and reads decisions at the desk or in the SecureWebX app on the lot.

The dealer principal or broker

One product for prospecting and one for financing, both from the same company, with a data boundary between them that holds up when a regulator asks how the store handles credit files.

A lead that has to be retyped into a second system gets retyped late, retyped wrong, or not at all. The point of running both products is that nobody ever has to.

Getting started

Start from whichever product you already run.

Most stores arrive at this page from one side or the other. Both paths end in the same place.

  • Already on LeadLocate. Ask your account manager to turn on SecureWebX. Your account, your first administrator, and your branded application link are created from the profile LeadLocate already holds. Nothing is entered twice.
  • Already on SecureWebX. Talk to us about a LeadLocate account. Your application link and legal pages go into the CRM's templates on day one, and your applications start arriving as leads the same afternoon.
  • Running a different CRM. SecureWebX pushes new and abandoned applications to any system that accepts a webhook. The LeadLocate connection is simply the one where nothing has to be configured by you.

Common questions

Running the two together.

What is LeadLocate?

LeadLocate is an all-in-one lead generation and CRM platform for car dealerships, auto brokers, and individual sales professionals. It delivers exclusive car buyer and seller leads from a local zone in real time, and gives the team texting, email, voicemail, call recording, follow-up automation, desking, and e-sign tools to work them. Accounts are set up by a dedicated account manager and supported with live training. The full product is described at leadlocate.com.

What is SecureWebX?

SecureWebX is a credit origination and lender submission platform for dealerships, auto brokers, and the finance companies that fund them. It serves a store's branded credit application, verifies and screens the applicant, encrypts every document, desks the deal, sends it to lenders as a coded link, and keeps a hash-chained record of everything that happened. The platform overview walks through each part.

Do I need both?

No. Each product stands on its own and many stores run only one. Running both means the credit application is already in the sales team's message templates, every completed or abandoned application comes back as a lead without anyone entering it, and the finance office works from a verified file instead of a re-keyed one.

Does credit application data end up in my CRM?

No. The CRM receives the applicant's name, phone, email, and whether the application was completed or abandoned. Social security number, date of birth, income, employer, documents, worksheets, and lender decisions stay inside SecureWebX, encrypted at rest and behind a watermarked viewer. The security notes describe the controls in detail.

Are LeadLocate and SecureWebX separate companies?

They are two products of one company. Both are built and operated by DotNet Holdings LLC in Sacramento, California, by the same engineering team. They carry different names because they are sold to different desks in the store, and because a finance manager and a salesperson need very different tools.

Can my salespeople see lender decisions?

Lender decisions and stipulations live in SecureWebX, where the finance manager works them on the desktop or in the mobile app. The sales floor receives what it needs to keep the customer engaged: that the application came in, or that it was abandoned and needs a call. Which team members hold a SecureWebX login is the store's decision.

I already use LeadLocate. What does turning on SecureWebX involve?

A conversation with your account manager. Your SecureWebX account is created from the profile LeadLocate already holds, your first administrator receives a sign-in, and your branded application link and legal pages are placed into your CRM templates. There is nothing to install and nothing to enter twice.
