For lenders and financial institutions

Complete packages, screened before they reach you, delivered how you already take them.

Banks, credit unions, captives, and specialty finance companies do not need another portal. They need the deals arriving from their dealer base to be complete, verified, and traceable. That is the side of the transaction SecureWebX controls.

What arrives

A submission, not an attachment.

Every deal sent to you carries a permanent ten-character submission id, the dealer's note, the structure they built, and only the documents that dealer scoped to you. Nothing about it depends on an email thread staying intact.

Verified applicant data

The street address has been matched against a postal record and the mobile number checked for reachability before the application was ever submitted.

Screened at submission

Each application is checked against the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list at the moment it is submitted, with the outcome stored against the file.

The numbers already worked

Loan to value, payment to income, debt to income, and the Regulation Z figures arrive alongside the structure rather than being reconstructed at your desk.

The unit, booked

Decoded VIN, equipment, mileage, and published values, so the advance question can be answered without a second phone call.

Clean supporting documents

Every upload has been virus scanned and stored encrypted. What you open has been through the same checks whether the dealer or the applicant supplied it.

A traceable record

The chain of events behind the deal is recorded on the dealer side and available on request, which shortens a repurchase conversation considerably.

How you receive it

Take deals on the pipe you already run.

Some desks want a link. Some want a file on an SFTP server at six in the morning. Some have a credit platform with a published interface and no interest in changing it. All of those are fine.

Where a connector already exists we turn it on. Where one does not, our team builds it rather than sending you a specification and waiting. The dealer never has to know which of those happened.

Delivery and response
MethodHow it works
Coded web linkYour team enters an access code, reviews the file in a watermarked reader, uploads documents back, and posts a decision. No account, no software.
RESTJSON delivered to your endpoint, with a signed callback for approvals, counters, declines, and stipulation updates.
SOAPFor established credit platforms that expose a SOAP service.
SFTPScheduled drops in your format, PGP signed and encrypted, with delivery confirmed and retried on failure.
S/MIME emailSigned and encrypted mail where your policy requires message-level protection.
eFaxStill supported, still logged like everything else.
Answering back

Your decision moves the deal without a phone call.

A decision posted through SecureWebX advances the dealer's pipeline stage on its own, attaches your conditions as a structured checklist, and timestamps the whole exchange on both sides.

01

Open

The access code opens the submission. The file, the structure, the dealer's note, and the documents scoped to you are all on one page.

02

Respond

Approve, counter, decline, or ask for more. Attach your approval letter or funding checklist to the same submission.

03

Condition

Stipulations go back as individual items the dealer clears one at a time, with the document that satisfied each one attached to it.

Directory listing

Be found by the dealers who should be sending you deals.

Every account on the platform can search a shared directory of United States auto finance sources, classified by what they buy: captive, bank, credit union, credit union network, special finance, buy-here-pay-here capital, fintech, marketplace, lease and refinance, and aggregator.

We build the directory from public registry data and we do not invent contact details. If we do not hold a verified desk contact for your institution, the field stays empty. Tell us what belongs there and we will correct it.

Common questions

From credit desks.

Is there a cost to receive deals?

No. The dealership holds the account. A lender reviewing a coded submission pays nothing and installs nothing. Building a direct connection to your own platform is also our cost, not yours.

Can we require our own forms and disclosures?

Yes. A dealer's application can carry lender-specific sections, required uploads, and disclosure text, so a deal submitted to you arrives on the terms you asked for.

How is applicant data protected in transit and at rest?

Documents are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage, with keys held in a managed key service. Transport is TLS, with PGP or S/MIME layered on where your policy requires it. Access to a submission is code gated, time limited, and revocable. The security notes set this out in full.

Do the dealers we buy from have a mobile app?

Yes. SecureWebX publishes native applications on the App Store and Google Play, so a finance manager can send you a deal, answer a stipulation, and upload a document from the lot. In practice that means your conditions get cleared the same afternoon rather than the next morning. See the platform overview.

Can we get the record if a deal is disputed?

The dealership owns its records and can produce the full chain of events for a submission, including when it was screened, what was sent, when you opened it, and what was decided. That trail is hash chained, so an after-the-fact edit is detectable.

Tell us how your desk takes deals.

Format, transport, decision callback, stipulation structure. We will build to it and connect the dealers already asking for you.
