For dealerships and brokers

Fewer kicked deals, faster answers, and a file you can defend.

Franchise stores, independent lots, buy-here-pay-here operations, and broker desks all run the same three risks: an incomplete application, a lender that takes too long, and a funding package nobody can reconstruct six months later. SecureWebX exists to take those three off the table.

The daily problem

The deal is not lost at the lender. It is lost at the handoff.

A customer fills out a form on the website. Somebody prints it. Somebody else types it into the credit platform. Stips come back by phone and get written on the printout. The approval lands in one person's email. Nothing about that chain is a technology problem until the deal unwinds and nobody can say what happened.

01

Incomplete applications

Caught at the form

Address and mobile number are verified while the customer is still typing, required uploads are collected at intake rather than chased later, and the store decides which fields are mandatory for its own lenders. What reaches the desk is a package, not a starting point.

02

Slow lender turnaround

Removed from the phone

Send to several lenders at once, each with its own note and its own document scope. Their decisions post straight back into the deal and move it forward. Nobody sits on hold to find out whether the file was even opened.

03

A file nobody can reconstruct

Written down as it happens

Who opened the application, when it was screened, which documents went to which lender, what was decided and by whom. It is all recorded as it happens in a log that cannot be quietly edited afterwards.

04

Leads that die at step one

Captured anyway

An application that stops halfway is still a customer who wanted a car this week. Their contact details are captured at the end of the first step and surfaced as an abandoned application on the dashboard, with the time it stalled.

In the store

What each seat gets.

Salesperson

A personal application link to text or email from the lot, and credit for every deal that comes through it without filling in a source field.

Finance manager

The application, the worksheet, the book-out, the lender submissions and the correspondence on one screen, with the payment recalculating as the structure moves.

General manager

Volume, approval rates by lender, turnaround times, pipeline aging, and abandonment, per rooftop and in that rooftop's own time zone.

Compliance officer

A privacy notice and terms page you control, adverse action handling, sanctions screening on every submission, and an account log that shows every sign-in and every change.

Group operator

Every rooftop under one account with separate links, separate mailboxes, separate reporting, and no shared logins between stores.

Broker desk

Work applications for stores you do not own, keep each source separate, and submit to your own lender panel without exposing one client's file to another.

On the lot

Your desk should not be the only place a deal can move.

SecureWebX publishes real applications on the App Store and Google Play. Send the credit link from the lane, watch it come back, and take the approval where you are standing. Most of the software your store runs today cannot do that.

Included with the account at no extra cost, for every user you add.

Text the link

Your personal apply link, sent from your own phone, attributed to you automatically.

Answers on arrival

Lender decisions and stipulation requests reach you the moment they are posted.

Structure on the move

Open the worksheet, check the payment, and send the deal to another lender without going inside.

Safe to lose

Nothing is stored on the handset. Documents stream into a watermarked reader and stay on our servers.

Auto brokers

Built to keep your book separate from theirs.

A broker desk lives or dies on two things: the lender relationships it has built, and the trust of the stores it works for. Both break the moment a file ends up somewhere it should not be.

  • Source separation. Each store, each referral partner, and each campaign gets its own link and its own reporting line.
  • Your lender panel stays yours. A partner list belongs to your account. Nobody else on the platform can see who you submit to or what you get bought at.
  • Nothing leaves as an attachment. Lenders review through a coded link with an expiry, so a forwarded email cannot become a second copy of somebody's credit application.
  • A record you can show. When a store asks what happened to a deal, the answer is a timestamped trail, not a memory.
What a store or partner never sees
BoundaryEnforced by
Another account's applicationsEvery query is scoped to the signed-in company. There is no cross-account view, for anyone.
Another account's mailboxMailboxes are per company and accept mail only from senders that company already knows.
Another account's partner listPartner lists are private. Only the shared lender directory is common, and it holds no account's terms.
Record identifiersURLs carry opaque tokens, never database ids, so nothing can be found by guessing a number.
Common questions

Before you ask.

Do we have to leave our CRM?

No. SecureWebX pushes every new application, and separately every abandoned one, to whatever you already run. Most stores keep their CRM for follow-up and use SecureWebX for the credit side of the deal. If that CRM is LeadLocate, the two are connected already.

Do our lenders have to sign up for anything?

No. A lender receives a coded link, enters the access code, reads the file, uploads what it needs to and posts a decision. There is no account to create and nothing to install. If a lender would rather receive deals on its own interface, we connect to that instead.

Can the application look like our store?

Yes, and it should. The applicant sees your dealership name, your identity, and your disclosures. You also choose which sections and fields appear, which uploads are required, and what the customer is told before they submit.

What happens to a deal we decide not to pursue?

It stays on the record with its outcome, its screening result, and its correspondence intact. Nothing is deleted quietly. Adverse action handling is built in for the cases that require it.

How long does setup take?

There is nothing to install at the store. We build your account, your links, your users, and your lender list with you, then you start taking applications on it. Connecting a specific lender's own interface takes longer, and we do that work rather than handing you a specification.

Bring us a deal that got kicked last month.

We will walk it through the platform and show you where it would have been caught.
